Returnand Cancelation Policy – Milla Exports

If you receive a damaged product, such as
scratches, a missing diamond, or any manufacturing damage, or if you receive an
item different from what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return as per
our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Once we receive the returned item, our team
will inspect it. After successful inspection, we will process your refund.

The refund will be made to the same payment
method used for the purchase. Alternatively, you can share your bank account
details, and we will transfer the refund via NEFT or RTGS.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a
refund, we will prepare a new order and dispatch it to you.

Once you place an order and make the
payment, cancellation is generally not possible. This is because we immediately
purchase the required gold and diamonds according to your order specifications,
making it difficult to cancel the order.

However, if you request a cancellation
within 2 hours of placing the order, we can issue a Credit Note instead of a
refund.

The Credit Note will remain valid for 6
months, and you can use the credited amount toward any future purchase during
this period. After 6 months, the Credit Note will no longer be valid.
