Natural Fancy Colored Diamonds
Natural fancy colored diamonds get their color from different minerals, elements and structural changes inside the diamond crystal during formation deep inside the earth. Scientifically, every color forms because of specific natural processes, but overall we believe everything in nature is created by the creator who made us as well.
Yellow diamonds get their color mainly from nitrogen presence inside the diamond.
Blue diamonds get their color from boron elements.
Green diamonds are formed due to natural radiation exposure over millions of years.
Pink and red diamonds are created because of crystal distortion under extreme pressure and heat inside the earth.
Natural fancy color diamonds are extremely rare because their formation process takes millions of years. Compared to white diamonds, fancy colored diamonds are much harder to find. Out of around 10,000 diamonds mined, only a very small number become natural fancy color diamonds, especially rare vivid colors like pink, blue and red.
